Sarah’s BBQ beetroot crisps

Sarah’s BBQ seasoning
2 x 3 second spray(s)
- Preheat oven to 170℃. Line 2 baking trays with baking paper.
- Peel and thinly slice the beetroot into 1-2mm slices. Spread out in a single layer on prepared trays. Bake for 10 minutes. Remove from oven, turn beetroot slices over and bake for a further 10 minutes, or until cooked but not browned. Remove from oven, lightly spray with oil and sprinkle with 2 teaspoons of seasoning. Serve.
