Popcorn kernels (unpopped)

- To cook the popcorn, place popcorn kernels in an air popper and cook following manufacturer’s instructions. Alternatively, if you’re using the microwave, place popcorn in a microwave-safe bowl, cover with plate and microwave on high (100%) for 3–4 minutes or until popping subsides. Be sure to lightly spray cooked popcorn with oil before adding flavour to help it stick.
- Sprinkle popcorn with salt, then drizzle with balsamic vinegar.
