Ingredients
Wholemeal pita bread
1 large, (1x68g) cut in half
Cos lettuce
50 g, (2-3 leaves)
Skinless salmon
1 medium, (1x160g) cooked, flaked
99% fat-free, plain or natural yoghurt, unsweetened
3 tsp
Light whole egg mayonnaise
2 tsp
Harissa
½ tsp, paste
Instructions

Cut pita pocket in half. Fill with lettuce and salmon.

Combine yoghurt, mayonnaise and harissa in a small bowl. Spoon harissa mayonnaise into pitas to serve.
