- 1 tbs light cream cheese
- 1/2 tbs fresh chives
- 1 individual wrap, rye
- 20 g butter lettuce
- 1/2 medium fresh Lebanese cucumber, thinly sliced
- 40 g smoked salmon
Place cream cheese and chives in a small bowl. Stir to combine. Place wrap on a flat surface and spread with cream cheese mixture.
Place lettuce down the centre of wrap. Top with cucumber and salmon. Roll firmly to enclose filling. Cut in half to serve.
