Ingredients

Roasted capsicum, not in oil

½ cup(s), (70g)

Harissa paste

1½ tbs

99% fat-free plain yoghurt

1 tbs

Garlic

½ clove(s), crushed

Coriander seeds

¼ tsp

Cucumber

½ medium, halved, desseded, cut into sticks

Celery

1 individual, cut into sticks

Instructions

  1. Add capsicum, harissa, yoghurt, garlic and coriander to a mini food processor. Season with salt and pepper, blend until smooth.
  2. Transfer mixture to a small bowl and serve with cucumber and celery sticks.

Notes

Add a serve of your favourite cracker to accompany the dip.
