Packed with freshness and lively flavours, this is a feel-good snack to be enjoyed any time you please!

Ingredients

Roasted capsicum, not in oil

½ cup(s), (70g)

Harissa paste

1½ tsp

99% fat-free plain yoghurt

1 tbs

Garlic

½ clove(s), crushed

Ground coriander

¼ tsp

Cucumber

½ medium, halved, desseded, cut into sticks

Celery

1 individual, cut into sticks

Instructions

  1. Process capsicum, harissa, yoghurt, garlic and coriander in a mini food processor until desired texture is achieved.
  2. Transfer mixture to a small bowl and season with salt and pepper. Serve with cucumber and celery sticks.

Notes

TIP: Add a serve of your favourite cracker to accompany the dip.
