Roasted broccolini with dukkah

Don’t just steam or stir-fry broccolini, sprinkle with it Dukkah and oven roast it for an exciting side.

2 bunch(es), trimmed, cut in half
- Trim broccolini and cut in half. Place on a large baking tray lined with baking paper. Lightly spray with oil. Bake for 15-20 minutes in a 180°C oven until lightly golden and a little crisp. Serve sprinkled with dukkah.
