Ingredients
Wholemeal lebanese bread
60 g
Watercress
20 g
Semi-dried tomatoes
50 g, chopped
Red capsicum
50 g, roasted without oil, cut into strips
Deli-sliced roast beef
85 g, (rare), thinly sliced
Instructions

Place bread on a clean work surface. Arrange watercress over half the bread, top with semi-dried tomatoes, capsicum and roast beef. Roll up bread to enclose filling. Serve immediately, or wrap in foil, plastic wrap or paper and refrigerate until serving time.
