Ingredients
Beetroot
2 medium, peeled and trimmed
Red radish
4 large, peeled and trimmed
Carrot(s)
1 medium, peeled and trimmed
Zucchini
1 medium, peeled and trimmed
Lemon juice
1 tbs
Maple syrup
2 tsp
Instructions

On a mandolin, thinly slice rounds of peeled beetroot, trimmed radish, carrot and zucchini. Toss in a large bowl with lemon juice and maple syrup. Season well with salt and pepper.
