With only three simple ingredients and just 5 minutes you can make this pretty pink breakfast and be out to door to start your day.

Ingredients

Frozen raspberries

½ cup(s)

Plain frozen yoghurt

75 g, (1/3 cup)

Apple juice no added sugar

½ cup(s)

Instructions

  1. Blend yoghurt, raspberries and juice in a blender until smooth. Serve.

Notes

TIP: Plug in your blender before you go to bed so you don’t have to waste time setting it up in the morning. To avoid too much froth, start on a low speed first and gradually increase the speed until just combined.
