Raspberry and passionfruit overnight oats

Overnight oats make a perfect breakfast for when you're short on time in the mornings.


Ingredients
Fresh raspberries
1 cup(s), (140g) or frozen (thawed)
Rolled oats, dry
⅔ cup(s), (60g)
Maple syrup
1 tbs
99% fat-free, plain or natural yoghurt, unsweetened
1½ cup(s), (360g)
Passionfruit(s)
⅓ cup(s), (80ml) pulp, fresh
Instructions

Place raspberries in a bowl and lightly crush with a fork (they should still be slightly lumpy). Add oats, sugar-free maple-flavoured syrup and 1 cup (240g) yoghurt and stir to combine.

Spoon mixture into four 1-cup (250ml) capacity serving glasses and chill overnight.

Serve topped with remaining yoghurt and passionfruit pulp.
