Lebanese cucumber

1 medium, cut into ribbons

Canned chickpeas, rinsed and drained

99% fat-free, plain or natural yoghurt, unsweetened

⅓ cup(s), (80g)

Instructions

Arrange the tomato, beef and onion on serving plates.

Top with the cucumber, chickpeas and a dollop of yoghurt. Season with salt and pepper to serve.
