Ingredients

Tomato(es)

1 large, thinly sliced

Deli-sliced roast beef

135 g, (Buy 150g) fat trimmed, thinly sliced

Red onion

small, thinly sliced

Lebanese cucumber

1 medium, cut into ribbons

Canned chickpeas, rinsed and drained

1 cup(s), (175g)

99% fat-free, plain or natural yoghurt, unsweetened

cup(s), (80g)

Instructions

  1. Arrange the tomato, beef and onion on serving plates.
  2. Top with the cucumber, chickpeas and a dollop of yoghurt. Season with salt and pepper to serve.
