135 g, (Buy 150g) fat trimmed, thinly sliced
⅛ small, thinly sliced
1 medium, cut into ribbons
Canned chickpeas, rinsed and drained

99% fat-free, plain or natural yoghurt, unsweetened
⅓ cup(s), (80g)
- Arrange the tomato, beef and onion on serving plates.
