Why not swap traditional oat porridge for this quinoa and apple breakfast bowl, topped with fresh blueberries and pumpkin seeds.

Ingredients

Quinoa flakes

1 cup(s), (160g)

99% fat-free, plain or natural yoghurt, unsweetened

2 cup(s), (500g)

Apple(s)

2 medium, green variety, grated

Fresh blueberries

120 g

Pepitas

2 tbs

Instructions

  1. Cook quinoa following packet instructions. Combine quinoa, yoghurt and apple in a bowl. Set aside for 10 minutes. Serve topped with blueberries and pepitas.
