Ingredients

Soda water

5 cup(s), (1.25L)

Fruit-flavoured mineral water

900 ml, raspberry flavour

Juice, pomegranate

1 glass(es), (250ml)

Lime juice

¼ cup(s), (60ml)

Lime(s)

1 medium, thinly sliced

Frozen raspberries

1 cup(s), (225g)

Fresh mint

½ cup(s)

Lebanese cucumber

1 small, peeled, halved and sliced

Pomegranate

1 medium, seeds only

Instructions

  1. Combine soda water, raspberry sugar-free drink, pomegranate juice and lime juice in a large punch bowl. Stir through sliced lime, raspberries, mint, cucumber, pomegranate seeds and ice. Ladle into serving glasses.

Notes

TIP: You can replace raspberry drink and pomegranate juice with 1L diet ginger beer.
