A great option for an easy and delicious breakfast, creamy overnight oats can be made up to 2 days ahead and stored in the fridge.


Ingredients
Skim milk
⅓ cup(s), (80ml)
99% fat-free, plain or natural yoghurt, unsweetened
¼ cup(s), (60g)
Vanilla bean paste
½ tsp
Light peanut butter
1 tsp, crunchy variety
Quick oats
½ cup(s), (45g)
Cocoa powder
2 tsp
Fresh raspberries
¼ cup(s), (35g)
Instructions

Combine milk, yoghurt, vanilla, peanut butter, oats

and cocoa in a medium bowl. Spoon mixture into a

1¼-cup (310ml) capacity jar, glass or reusable container.

Top with raspberries. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
