A great option for an easy and delicious breakfast, creamy overnight oats can be made up to 2 days ahead and stored in the fridge.
⅓ cup(s), (80ml)
99% fat-free plain yoghurt
¼ cup(s), (60g)
Vanilla bean paste
Light peanut butter
1 tsp, crunchy variety
½ cup(s), (45g)
¼ cup(s), (35g)
- Combine milk, yoghurt, vanilla, peanut butter, oats
- and cocoa in a medium bowl. Spoon mixture into a
- 1¼-cup (310ml) capacity jar, glass or reusable container.
- Top with raspberries. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
TIPS: Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days. You can use thawed frozen raspberries instead of fresh raspberries. VARIATION: Swap raspberries for ¼ cup strawberries (sliced).
