Peach and strawberry champagne punch

Toast to summer with this fruity cocktail.
250 g, thinly sliced
1 medium, stone removed, thinly sliced
Sparkling white wine
1½ cup(s), (375ml)
⅓ cup(s), (80ml)
Fruit juice, all types
- Place the combined fruit in a plastic container. Cover and freeze for 1-2 hours or until frozen.
- Place the frozen fruit, sparkling wine, gin, and fruit juice in a large punch bowl. Stir to combine. Ladle over ice into serving glasses.
