Frozen raspberries
50 g
Skim milk
½ cup(s)
Vanilla yoghurt, 99% fat-free, no added sugar
150 g
Wholemeal bread
1 slice(s)
Diet jam
1 tbs
Instructions

Blend peach (chopped), raspberries, milk and Yoghurt.

Serve with 1 x 35g slice of toasted wholemeal bread spread with 1 tbs diet jam in your favourite flavour.
