Start your day the right way with this healthy homemade Bircher muesli.


Ingredients
Rolled oats, dry
⅔ cup(s), (60g)
Skim milk
¾ cup(s), (180ml)
99% fat-free, plain or natural yoghurt, unsweetened
200 g
Pumpkin seeds (pepitas)
2 tsp, (pepitas)
Sunflower seeds
2 tsp
Raw almonds
1 tbs, roughly chopped
Banana(s)
1 medium, sliced
Passionfruit(s)
2 medium, halved
Instructions

Place rolled oats in a bowl and stir through skim milk and yogurt. Add pepitas, sunflower seeds and almonds. Cover and place in fridge for 30 minutes or overnight.

When ready to serve, top with sliced banana and passionfruit pulp.
