Pack these for a picnic! Pan bagnat means bathedbread. Assemble the rolls the night before and wrap them tightly in plastic wrap, so the bread canabsorb the yummy flavours.

Wholemeal bread roll

Salted anchovies in oil, drained
4 medium, halved
Canned tuna in oil, drained
185 g
Roasted capsicum, not in oil
320 g
Black olives, drained
8 individual, halved
Fresh basil

Instructions

Cook the eggs in a small saucepan of boiling water for 6 minutes. Drain and cool in cold water. Shell and thickly slice.

Top the bread bases with anchovy, egg, tuna, capsicum, olives, basil and remaining bread.
