Oat, chia and fruit pots

Blueberries are full of antioxidants and give this quick creamy pot of goodness a pop of freshness. It can be enjoyed for breakfast or even dessert.
dry rolled oats
½ cup(s), (45g)
1 tbs, black
LSA seed mix (linseed, sunflower, almond)
½ cup(s), (125ml)
99% fat-free plain natural yoghurt
⅔ cup(s), (160g)
4 medium, halved
- Place oats, chia and LSA in a medium bowl. Pour over ⅔ cup (160ml) boiling water and set aside for 5 minutes or until water has absorbed.
- Stir in milk and set aside for 5 minutes or until milk has absorbed.
- Spoon mixture into two 1-cup (250ml) capacity serving glasses. Top with yoghurt, passionfruit pulp and blueberries. Serve.
TIPS: LSA mix is a mixture of ground linseeds, sunflower seeds and almonds. Find it in the health-food section of supermarkets or health-food stores. If unavailable you can use ground linseeds. Store leftovers covered with plastic wrap in the fridge for up to 2 days.
