Ingredients
Fresh raspberries
25 g, chopped
Fresh blueberries
25 g, chopped
Blackberries
25 g, chopped
White self-raising flour
2 tbs
Granulated stevia sweetener
2 tsp
Reduced fat oil spread
2 tsp
Skim milk
3 tsp

Place berries in a 1¾ cup (435ml) microwave-safe mug.

Place flour, sweetener and spread in a small bowl. Using your fingers, rub spread into flour until mixture resembles coarse breadcrumbs. Stir in milk until combined. Spoon mixture over berries. Place mug on a paper towel in the microwave (in case of splatters) and microwave on High (100%) for 1½ minutes or until cooked.

Set aside for 2 minutes before serving.
