Moroccan-style smashed avo toast

120 g, (4 x 30g slices), toasted
2 tsp, seeds
Middle eastern spice blend
1 tsp, ras el hanout variety
- Cut three-quarters of the whole avocado into 12 slices. Place remaining avocado in a small bowl with juice and garlic. Mash with a fork, keeping some texture. Season with salt and pepper.
- Spread toast with mashed avocado and top with avocado slices. Serve scattered with pomegranate seeds and sprinkled with ras el hanout.
Ras el hanout is a North African spice blend. If unable to find, Moroccan seasoning is a good substitute.
