Mint and green pea mash
Banish boring mash from your table with this appetising alternative full of brightness, freshness and sweetness
Potato, desiree, peeled, raw
500 g, chopped
Frozen green peas
2 cup(s), (240g)
⅓ cup(s), (80ml), warmed
⅓ cup(s), shredded, plus small leaves to serve
- Boil, steam or microwave potatoes and peas, separately, until tender. Drain. Place in a large bowl and mash until almost smooth.
- Add milk and shredded mint leaves. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Stir to combine. Serve topped with extra mint leaves.
