99% fat-free, plain or natural yoghurt, unsweetened

1½ tbs

Maple syrup

½ tsp

Ground cinnamon

¼ tsp

Egg(s)

1 large

Quick oats

2 tbs

Fresh raspberries

cup(s), (45g)

Oil spray

1 x 3 second spray(s)

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mash banana with a fork until smooth. Add yoghurt, maple syrup, cinnamon, a pinch of salt, and egg; mix well with fork until well combined. Stir in oats. Spoon mixture into a 1-cup ramekin or mug coated with cooking spray.
  2. Microwave on High (100%) for 1½ to 2 minutes or until completely set and the edges of the cake begin to pull away from the sides of the dish. Top with raspberries.
