Wholemeal pita bread

Canned refried beans
¼ cup(s), (60g)
97% fat-free deli sliced ham
¼ cup(s), thinly sliced
Reduced-fat 15% cheddar cheese
¼ cup(s), grated, (30g), grated
- Preheat oven to 220°C or 200°C fan-forced. Place pita on a baking tray.
- Spread pita with tomato paste. Top with beans, ham, capsicum and sprinkle with cheese. Bake for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and golden and the base is crisp.
- Cut pizza into quarters. Serve topped with the rocket and salsa.
