Mango, lime and yoghurt popsicles

Mango
2 medium, chopped
Lime rind
2 tsp, finely grated
99% fat-free, plain or natural yoghurt, unsweetened
250 g
Honey
⅓ cup(s), (120g)

Process mango and rind in a food processor until smooth.

Combine yoghurt and honey in a large bowl. Gently stir mango mixture through yoghurt until swirled, but not fully combined. Spoon into 6 x 75ml popsicle moulds. Poke a popsicle stick into each mould. Freeze for 6 hours or until frozen.
