Mango
2 medium, coarsley chopped
Red onion
1 small, finely chopped
Fresh coriander
⅓ cup(s), coarsley chopped
Fresh red chilli
1 whole, deseeded, finely chopped
Lime juice
2 tbs
Instructions

Place mangoes, onion, coriander, chilli and lime juice in a medium bowl. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Stir to combine.
