Ingredients

Skinless chicken breast

500 g

Sesame oil

2 tsp

Sesame seeds

3 tsp

Rice wine vinegar

1 tbs

Monk fruit sweetener

1½ tbs

Fresh ginger

1 tbs, grated

Garlic

3 clove(s), crushed

Soy sauce

1½ tbs

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a 5.5L (22 cup capacity) slow cooker. Cover and cook on high for 2 hours (or low for 4 hours), or until chicken falls apart when tested with a fork.

Notes

SERVING SUGGESTION: Steamed rice and beans. Also perfect for filling wraps or added protein in salads.
