Lisa's burger bowl
Extra lean beef burger patty, raw
4 individual, (4 x 83g patties)
2 baby, leaves separated
2 medium, coarsely grated
4 medium, sliced
Shaved parmesan cheese
⅓ cup(s), (25g)
Fresh green chilli
1 whole, deseeded, finely sliced
2 x 3 second spray(s)
- Break each burger patty in half and shape into 2 small patties. Lightly spray a chargrill or barbecue with oil and preheat over medium-high heat. Cook patties for 4-5 minutes each side or until golden and cooked through.
- Meanwhile, lightly spray a large non-stick frying pan with oil and heat over medium-high heat. Fry eggs for 2-3 minutes until just set or cooked to your liking.
- Divide lettuce, carrot, tomato, patties and eggs between bowls. Serve with a dollop of chutney and sprinkle with parmesan and chilli.
