Kombucha is a slightly fizzy fermented tea. It contains probiotics and it’s something you can brew at home yourself.


Ingredients
Kombucha
500 ml, ginger and turmeric variety
Fresh ginger
1 tbs, (3cm piece of ginger), thinly sliced
Red apple, unpeeled
1 medium, thinly sliced
Lime(s)
1 medium, thinly sliced
Non-alcoholic diet ginger beer
3 glass(es), (750ml)
Lime juice
1 tbs
Instructions

Place kombucha, ginger, apple, lime slices, ginger beer and lime juice in a large jug. Stir to combine. Pour over ice in serving glasses.
