Ingredients

97% fat-free deli sliced ham

Bocconcini

4 baby, (cherry)

Carrot(s)

1 medium, cut into sticks

Cucumber

1 medium, sliced

Fresh dates

1 cup(s), (230g)

Grapes

1 cup(s), (170g)

Ground cayenne pepper

Roasted capsicum, not in oil

Canned chickpeas, rinsed and drained

Lemon juice

99% fat-free plain yoghurt

Garlic

Smoked paprika

Instructions

  1. To make dip, process all ingredients in a small food processor until well combined. Season with salt and pepper. Transfer to a small serving dish.
  2. Place dip in the middle of a large serving plate or board. Arrange all other ingredients on board. Serve.
