Hot smoked salmon and teriyaki noodle salad

Hot smoked salmon
Mixed salad leaves
4 cup(s), (120g)
1 medium, thinly sliced
⅓ cup(s), (80ml)
1 tbs, toasted
- Fill and boil the kettle. Prepare noodles following packet instructions or until just tender. Drain. Rinse under cold water. Drain. Transfer to a large bowl.
- Add noodles, salmon, salad leaves, capsicum, sauce and half the seeds and toss gently to combine. Serve sprinkled with remaining seeds.
TIP: Hot-smoked salmon fillets are pieces of salmon that have been salt-cured and then smoked. They are available in packets in the seafood section of most supermarkets.For extra flavour you can toss the sesame seeds in a small non-stick frying pan over medium heat until golden and toasted.
