vanilla bean extract
reduced fat vanilla ice cream
125 g, (4 small scoops)
2 small, sliced diagonally
- Preheat oven to 180°C or 160°C fan-forced. Place pecans on a baking tray and bake for 5 minutes or until golden. Cool to room temperature and coarsely chop.
- Combine chocolate, milk and vanilla in a small saucepan. Stir over low heat until chocolate melts and mixture is smooth. Remove from heat.
- Spoon ice-cream into sundae glasses or bowls. Serve topped with banana slices, hot chocolate fudge sauce and pecans.
