Hoisin pork and noodle stir-fry
For a quick meal the whole family will love, try this pork stir-fry. Tender port and crunchy veg and oodles of noodles, it’s time to get the chop sticks out!
Shelf fresh wheat noodles
450 g, hokkien variety
Vegetable mix, non-starchy, frozen
2 x 3 second spray(s)
Lean pork mince
- Prepare noodles following packet instructions or until just tender. Drain.
- Meanwhile, lightly spray a wok with oil and heat over medium-high heat. Stir-fry pork, stirring to break up lumps, for 5 minutes or until browned. Transfer to plate.
- Lightly respray wok with oil and reheat over medium-high heat. Stir-fry vegetables for 2-3 minutes or until just tender. Return pork to wok with noodle and sauce and stir-fry until heated through. Serve.
