Ingredients

Popcorn, kernels, unpopped

80 g

Fresh chives

2 tbs, chopped

Fresh flat-leaf parsley

2 tbs, chopped

Fresh rosemary

1 tsp, chopped

Fresh lemon rind

1 tsp, finely grated

Flavoured salt, non-iodised

½ tsp, garlic variety

Oil spray

1 x 3 second spray(s)

Instructions

  1. To cook the popcorn, place popcorn kernels in an air popper and cook following manufacturer’s instructions. Alternatively, if you’re using the microwave, place popcorn in a microwavesafe bowl, cover with plate and microwave on High (100%) for 3–4 minutes or until popping subsides. Be sure to lightly spray cooked popcorn with oil before adding flavour to help it stick.
  2. Combine chives, parsley, rosemary, lemon rind and garlic salt in a bowl. Sprinkle over popcorn and toss to combine. Serve.
