1 medium, ripe, mashed
Egg(s)
1 medium, lightly beaten
Hazelnut meal
2 tbs
Dry vanilla dessert or pudding mix
2 tsp, (see tip)
Reduced-fat vanilla custard
1 tbs
Baking powder
1 tsp
Instructions

Mix banana and egg in a small bowl. Add hazelnut meal, dessert mix and baking powder and stir to combine.

Spoon mixture into a microwave-safe mug. Microwave on Medium-High (70%) for about 4 minutes or until set in centre. Serve with custard.
