Ingredients

White sourdough bread

40 g, (2 x 20g slices)

Reduced-fat ricotta cheese

2 tbs

Fresh berries

¾ cup(s), chopped if large, (75g)

Brown sugar

1 tsp

Instructions

Preheat grill to high. Grill bread for 1–2 minutes each side or until toasted. Spread toast with ricotta and top with berries. Sprinkle with sugar.

Grill for 1–2 minutes or until sugar just starts to melt and berries are warmed through. Serve.
