Enjoy this refreshing smoothie as a snack on a hot summer's day

Ingredients

Baby spinach

150 g

Celery

1 stick(s)

Banana(s)

1 medium

Lemon(s)

½ small

Avocado

80 g

Skim milk

300 ml

Chia seeds

2 tsp

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients except chia seeds in a blender until smooth. Divide between 4 glasses. Sprinkle with chia seeds to serve.
