Ingredients

99% fat-free plain Greek yoghurt

1 cup(s), (240g)

Skim milk

¾ cup(s), (185ml)

Cocoa powder

½ cup(s), (45g)

Honey

¼ cup(s), (90g)

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender. Process until smooth (you’ll need to scrape down sides with a spatula several times).
  2. Divide mixture among six ⅓-cup capacity popsicle molds. Freeze for 2-3 hours or until solid. Serve.

Notes

Tip: Add a few dashes of high quality peppermint extract to these pops for a chocolate-mint treat.
