Grape and kiwi popsicles
2 medium, ripe, peeled
180 g, white, seedless
Vanilla bean extract, alcohol free
½ tsp, finely grated
- Cut 4 slices from 1 kiwi fruit and set aside. Coarsely chop remaining kiwi fruit.
- Blend grapes, chopped kiwi fruit, sugar, lime rind and juice in a blender until puréed. Press the mixture through a sieve, placed over a medium jug. Place reserved kiwi fruit slices in 4 x 60ml capacity popsicle moulds. Pour strained purée into moulds. Freeze for 6 hours, or overnight, until frozen solid. Carefully release popsicles from moulds to serve.
