For a refreshing way to finish a meal, serve melon skewers with tangy yoghurt.


Ingredients
Rockmelon or cantaloupe
500 g, (1/2 small)
Honeydew
500 g, (1/2 small)
Watermelon
500 g
Fresh mint
15 g, (36 small leaves)
99% fat-free, plain Greek yoghurt, unsweetened
1½ cup(s), (360g)
Honey
1½ tbs
Ground cinnamon
¾ tsp
Instructions

Cut rockmelon, honeydew and watermelon into 1.5cm wide x 8cm long ‘chips’. Thread mint and fruit onto 36 wooden skewers.

Combine yoghurt, honey and cinnamon in a small bowl. Serve ‘chips’ with dip.
