Fruit bread with mango and mint lassi

A lassi is a popular Indian yoghurt drink which can double as an exotic smoothie for breakfast.


Ingredients
Mango
1 medium, peeled, chopped
99% fat-free, plain or natural yoghurt, unsweetened
½ cup(s), (120g)
Fresh mint
1 tbs, (3 x large mint leaves)
Fruit loaf, café style
70 g, (2 x 35g slices)
Reduced fat oil spread
2 tsp
Instructions

Blend or process the mango, yoghurt, mint and half cup ice until smooth. Pour into chilled serving glasses.

Toast the fruit bread and spread with the spread. Serve immediately with lassi.
