Ingredients
99% fat-free, plain or natural yoghurt, unsweetened
1 cup(s), (240g)
Maple syrup
2 tsp
Vanilla bean paste
1 tsp
Fresh berries
½ cup(s), (80g), sliced
Pistachios
1 tbs, kernels, chopped
Dark chocolate
20 g, finely chopped
Instructions

Line a 16cm x 26cm (base measurement) baking tin with baking paper.

Combine yoghurt, syrup and vanilla in a medium bowl. Spread mixture over base of prepared tin. Sprinkle with berries, nuts and chocolate.

Place in freezer for 3-4 hours or until firm. Break into bite-sized pieces to serve.
