Just a drizzle of this divine dressing can transform a simple meal into something quite spectacular.

Ingredients

White wine vinegar

⅓ cup(s), (80ml)

Dijon mustard

2 tsp

Honey

½ tsp

Olive oil

¼ cup(s), (60ml)

Instructions

  1. Combine vinegar, mustard and honey in a small bowl. Gradually whisk in oil in a thin, steady stream until mixture slightly thickens. Season with salt and pepper.

Notes

TIP: Store dressing in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
