99% fat-free plain yoghurt

200 g

fresh raspberries

200 g

Instructions

  1. Layer the oats, yoghurt and most of the berries in a jar or bowl. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  2. In the morning, stir to combine the layers, top with the remaining berries and tuck in.
