Luxurious crunchy biscuits, perfect treat especially around Christmas time

Ingredients

Corn flakes cereal

1½ cup(s)

Flaked almonds

¼ cup(s)

Glace cherries

100 g, chopped

Sweetened skim condensed milk

½ cup(s)

Dark chocolate

40 g, melted

Instructions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 180˚C. Grease two oven trays and line with baking paper.
  2. Combine Cornflakes, almonds and cherries in a large bowl. Add the condensed milk and stir to combine.
  3. Drop heaped tablespoons of mixture onto prepared trays, about 4cm apart.
  4. Bake for 6-8 minutes or until golden. Cool on trays Drizzle cooled Florentines with melted chocolate.
  5. Stand for 20 minutes or until chocolate sets.
