Easy chocolate brownies

99% fat-free plain yoghurt
1 medium, lightly beaten
Vanilla bean extract, alcohol free
Dark chocolate chips

- Preheat oven to 190°C. Lightly spray a 20 cm square cake tin with oil and line base with baking paper.
- Sift cocoa powder, baking powder and 1/4 teaspoon salt into a large mixing bowl. Add sugar and stir to combine. Stir in yoghurt, egg, vanilla and chocolate until combined.
- Spoon mixture into prepared tin and level top. Bake for 20 minutes or until almost set. Cool in tin for 15 minutes before turning out onto a board. Cut into 16 squares.
TIP: Leftover brownies will keep in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days. Warm individual brownies in microwave on High (100%) for 20 seconds.
