Ingredients

White sugar

2 tbs

Instant coffee powder

2 tbs

Skim milk

⅓ cup(s), (80ml)

Instructions

  1. Combine sugar and coffee powder with 2 tablespoons boiling water.
  2. Whisk vigorously, preferably with electric whisk, until it becomes a fluffy foam.
  3. Pour milk into a cup with ice cubes and top with coffee foam.
