Crunchy air fryer broccoli with parmesan
600 g, cut into florets (about 6 cups)
Grated parmesan cheese
¼ cup(s), (20g)
Dried chilli flakes
¼ tsp, (optional)
Fresh lemon rind
1 tsp, finely grated
1 x 3 second spray(s)
- Place broccoli, 2 tablespoons parmesan and chilli flakes in a large bowl. Drizzle with oil, season with salt and toss well to coat.
- Preheat air fryer to 190°C. Lightly spray air fryer basket with oil and add broccoli mixture. Air-fry for 5 minutes. Shake basket to redistribute broccoli. Air-fry for a further 5 minutes, or until floret tops are browned and stems just tender.
- Transfer broccoli to a serving plate. Sprinkle over remaining parmesan and lemon rind.
TIP: Cook broccoli in batches if you have a smaller air fryer.
