99% fat-free, plain Greek yoghurt, unsweetened

Reduced sugar barbecue sauce

2 tbs

Honey

½ tsp

Mustard

2 tsp

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, stir all the ingredients together until well combined. Season with a pinch of salt. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 1 week.
