Cream cheese guacamole
This cream cheese guacamole will become a favourite dip! Enjoy with vegie sticks for extra fibre and crunch.
Reduced-salt taco seasoning mix
1 medium, roughly chopped
Light cream cheese
Sweet chilli sauce
1 tbs, coarsley chopped
1 x 3 second spray(s)
- Preheat oven to 200°C or 180°C fan-forced. Cut each piece of bread into 8 triangles. Split the 2 layers of each triangle and separate. Place in a single layer on two baking trays. Lightly spray with oil and sprinkle with taco seasoning. Bake for 12-15 mins or until crisp.
- Meanwhile, mash avocado flesh with a fork. Add cream cheese, lime juice and sweet chilli sauce and mash until well combined. Fold through the coriander then season with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Spoon into bowl to serve alongside the crisp bread triangles.
